Formed – App for medical professionals to wish for jobs
I joined the Formed team in early October 2023 as a freelancer, not knowing anything about the recruitment of medical stuff processes and how different it is from what I experienced as an IT–professional job-seeker. Formed surprised me with their unique approach to hiring, that it should be simple, stress–free and time–saving. After just one interview I was already on board, learning as much as I can about medical hiring processes. My colleagues shared similar values as me, that the UI should be intuitive and simple and UX should leave the users without second guessing and wanting to come back. Additionally, as a job-seeker, I already knew how stressful and tiring was the process of finding a new job, I could personally relate to the goal to simplify the recruiting process to both professionals and companies. Since we had so much in common with Formed values and approach, I had a feeling already that this project will feel personal to me and that I would love working on it. Formed came up with an idea of "Wishes". And I will explain you soon why I got excited about it and what makes it so revolutionary.

The Formed app users are always the job seekers. The job seeker is a medical professional in Formed case. The main function of the app is to leave a wish about your desired work conditions, browse companies and their open positions and chat with the recruiter. There is also a Formed Platform, which is a web application for the recruiter. In this case, I will guide you through the job seekers' point of view and the Platform case could be found here.
Here are the highlighted prototypes from the FormedApp.
